About the experience

Our fishing partners have created two bespoke experiences for Seasgair guests. One focuses on fly casting for salmon and trout fishing. The other offers a mixed fly and casting experience for salmon. Both are delivered by a highly professional team of Orvis‑Endorsed guides. They have been running unique trips for 19 years, and their locations are truly unforgettable. For Seasgair guests, premium tackle, waders, boots, and all essential equipment are provided. As a result, you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy a relaxed, well‑supported day outdoors in beautiful surroundings.

Guests can enjoy a full day of salmon or trout fishing on two of Scotland’s most iconic rivers. These experiences suit both beginners and seasoned anglers. On the River Spey, the focus is fly fishing with catch‑and‑release. Throughout the day, a professional guide offers support and captures photos of your experience. Meanwhile, the River Tay provides a more traditional day on a historic stretch of water. Fishing can be by fly or spinning, from bank or boat, with all equipment supplied. Expert guidance is offered throughout. Both experiences usually run from morning to late afternoon. In addition, meeting arrangements are flexible, making the day feel seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish, with plenty of time to unwind.
