At Seasgair Lodges, we offer a more personal approach to holiday let management. We have been looking after a small collection of high-quality homes across the Highlands since 2016. This includes five in Perthshire.

Our collection includes a variety of properties, from rural retreats to contemporary homes, and we tailor our service to suit each one. There’s no fixed formula, just thoughtful, hands-on support that reflects the individuality of every house we manage.

Designed around you

We work with owners who want to provide a high-quality guest experience, but who don’t want to handle every detail. Our support is hands-on, practical and built around your needs. We can help with everything from booking management and guest communication to styling advice and performance insights.

Our Owner Managed service works really well for our Perthshire properties, we handle all of the marketing, guest services and admin, while you (or someone local) look after the property itself.
