Conscious luxury!

Holidays are about memories, new experiences and sheer indulgence so we are delighted to introduce ‘conscious luxury’. At Seasgair we recognise that more guests now want to stay sustainably, whilst not compromising on luxury. We aim to actively help you to experience the Highlands in a more considered way, being greener, whilst at the same time being indulgent – dive head first into wild surroundings, reconnect with nature and tick off your bucket list.

Our ethos is to do business in support of people and the planet, we champion local businesses, create long-term jobs and support surrounding communities. Each member of our team loves living and working locally. Appreciating the heritage, people and glorious natural environment, and of course, sharing this with you.

Take some time out, be kind to the environment and fully embrace conscious luxury. Whilst staying with us why not….

Enjoy a truly delicious coffee

Sip a perfectly brewed coffee, we know the joy of great tasting coffee, our team tasted a lot on your behalf! Our favourites are fully sustainable and ethically sourced from Cairngorm and Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters. Many of our lodges offer delicious seasonally roasted coffee pods from Kiss The Hippo, a certified carbon negative company.

Indulge in an In-Lodge spa experience

Take some ‘me time’, indulge in a soak in the bath or a self-care shower ritual. We have selected some of the best natural sustainable Scottish beauty products, bringing you the perfect In-Lodge Beauty Package. Each purchase includes a donation to Scotland: The Big Picture, who are rewriting nature’s story, seeking to return abundance and diversity of life to Scotland’s land and seas, so that wildlife can flourish and people thrive.

Stock up and buy locally

Treat yourself to some farm fresh produce, maybe eggs laid within a mile of your lodge. Or try something different with a delicacy made by a local artisan producer, whether savoury or sweet. We love sharing our recommendations of shops and local suppliers underpinned by local pride and knowledge. You’ll find lots of great suggestions in our (paper-free) Guestbook App when you book with us.

Things to do in the Highlands

Experience the area by foot or bicycle

Walk or cycle short distances, feel the wind in your hair and spot nature along the way. We recommend walking and cycling routes, alongside bicycle hire shops via our Guestbook App.

Meet our partners and have an adventure

Let us introduce you to our partners, each a small local business. Support small unique businesses and at the same time create memories and tick off your bucket list. Maybe the thrill of snowsports, zip trekking, white water rafting or a more sedate distillery tour. Explore the area, visit attractions and have an adventure!

Nature in the Highlands

Offset your carbon

Have fun using our carbon calculator to offset your travel and accommodation whilst with us. Help to contribute to projects across the globe that: empower communities to conserve their land against deforestation, help ecosystems to regenerate, and educate children, giving future generations a deeper connection to nature.

Our priority is always to reduce our CO2 emissions, as much as possible. Thanks to the consultancy services of C Level, we have confidently calculated and offset the remaining emissions created by our business. We go the extra mile by buying twice as many carbon credits as C Level’s calculations say we should.
